for entry-level positions in non-clinical healthcare.

How We Help

Our course builds on the skills you possess, and we cover industry knowledge and communication skills.

Class also offers hands-on interview and resume preparation, and wraparound support.

Our Approach

We partner with local employers across the Puget Sound hospitals and healthcare providers to tailor your skills for entry-level non-clinical positions. Meet and interview with real employers in class to inspire your career path!

Minimum Eligibility*

  • Able to attend in-person sessions in Spokane, WA

  • 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

  • English proficient; bilingual encouraged

  • Acceptance conditioned upon passing criminal background check
